Presently working with a leader in sealing technology having Centre of Excellence in India and caters the Engineering needs and Design solutions of sealing and power transmission technology to Europe, Asia and African countries. The major customers are refineries, petrochemical and chemical process companies spread across the globe. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Design, Detailing and drafting of mechanical seals and couplings 

Devising Product Standards for newly developed seals & existing seals. That includes:- 

Deciding the size range for the product developed. 

Creating GA Design Sheet. 

Preparing parts list (BOM). 

Creating component standard drawings. 

Carrying out ECN (Engineering Change Notifications) in liaise with manufacturing departments pertaining to standard drawings. 

Indexing the 3D parts and assemblies with manufacturing drawings on to the PDM. 

Effective participation in LIFE program for continuous improvement of the work methods.
