MAINTENANCE:

Responsible for machine to control preventive, predictive, scheduled maintenance program & modification work. 

Maintenance of fully automatic & having PLC based Rommelag bottle pack for IV, uses Form, Fill, Seal technology for manufacturing IV. 

Mold servicing and maintenance 

Plastic extrusion and blow molding technology. 

Maintenance of system like, hydraulic, pneumatic, vacuum, PLC and PLC bus, D.C. drives, auto lubrication, level controller, temp. Controller. 

Having knowledge of accumulator, heat exchanger, LVDT, sensor and relays etc. 

Having knowledge of A.C. plant (centralized), AHU, Hepa filters, pre-filters, fresh air filter, chilled water system. 

Problem analyzing & solving expertise related with machine & program of machine. 



Experience in Handing: 

Maintenance operation of ROMMELAG Machines (Based on FFS technology)it includes Extrusion process i.e. plastic blow molding, vacuum system, hydraulic system, Pneumatic system, Electrical system.
