RESPONSIBITIES / JOB PROFILE: 

Currently leading cross functional team of 80HP tractor for Africa market on two different platform using Concurrent Engineering practices to reduce time to market with relevant quality and an affordable cost. 

Combustion development & cooling system optimisation of 80HP engines for Africa market with MNPD process. 

Successful completion of combustion development for 80HP engine with inline pump & S type injector with lowest SFC in the product range. 

Design calculations and 2D, 3D Layouting of the concept shortlisted. 

3D Modelling of Engine components Casting, Sheet metal, Rubber, Plastic, Pipes etc. 

2D Modelling all casting, Rubber, Sheet metal components with applying effectively GD&T. 

Reducing Engine noise up to as per requirements by different countries. 

Key member of JQM team with key responsibility of ensuring DFMEA & 5S in engine R&D. 

Cross function team member to introduce export model in India with affordable cost & relevant quality for Indian market. 

Brainstorming and generation of various innovative concepts to meet customer requirements.
