Job Responsibility: 

Installation of machines like D.G. Set (500KVA, make: kirloskar), R.O. / D.M. plant, chillers (85 ton, screw type, make: carrier), AHU, Air compressor (make: Atlas copco, IR), Hot & Cold water systems, packing machine (bulk counting with FFS) and other production machineries. ( Expansion Phase ) 

Installation of PLC based m/c., like Pharmagel Italy (GE Fanuc 90-30), Bochang, Korea (OMRON CJ1M), with all control cabling and commissioning. 

Modification in the ladder logic to meet the plant requirement. 

Installation of G.I. / M.S. / S.S. piping for the utility, raw material and product. 

Designing, installation & commissioning of the electrical panel. 

Designing & Installation of power cabling. 

Monitoring, Maintenance Planning & Documentation of all the Machineries in the Working Plant like Air compressor, chiller, AHU, R.O. / D.M., Vacuum Pump, Encapsulation machine, Gelatin melter, Counting, sealing & Tapping machines for Packaging.

Maintenance of Sterifill machines (Make: Netstal, Switzerland) for manufacturing water for injection in plastic ampoules in which automatic blowing, filling and sealing takes place in a closed circuit environment, which run on GE Versamax PLC / Telemecanique PLCs. 

Independent maintenance of GE Versamax PLCs & Telemecanique PLCs. Also online troubleshooting and ladder logic modification, using Ethernet communication with 200 input/outputs 

Maintenance of Raw Material (L.D.P.E.) Conveying System (PLC Based) 

Maintenance and Testing of Packing Machine (Seimence - PLC Based) 

Documentations (Preventive & Breakdown maintenance Record, Engineering Related SOPs) 

Monitoring & Maintenance planning of Air Compressor (Make: IR), D.G.(500KVA), R.O. / D.M., production & packing machines, material conveying system with safety.
