Responsible for establishment, documentation and Maintenance of Quality System to ensure that products are fit for the purpose. 

Ensure quality of the incoming Raw material. 

Ensure the quality of the product being manufactured in Company accordance with the laid down procedures and Specifications. 

Ensure all the post production operations like annealing, deflashing, printing, machining, packing etc. are followed as per laid down procedures and specifications to ensure 

that our product meets, customers specified quality requirements. 

Corrective & Preventive action for customer complaint. 

Responsible for periodic in - house calibration of all measuring and test equipment required for manufacturing and quality assurance of products.

I am fully conversant with the operation and the maintenance process parameter of the Injection Moulding Machine of different capacities (conventional and micro- processor based machines)
