JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Receiving of Purchase Order from parties & prepare Dispatch Advice for finished goods. 

Preparation of document Material Receipt Note, CHALLAN, RGP, NRGP, RRGP and keep the track. 

Issue of material to production as per plan. 

Receiving of raw materials & general store items & verification of material as per challan/invoice. 

Issue of material to production as per plan. 

Control of Inventory through ERP System. 

Preparation of reconciliation for the external parties as well as internal too. 

Preparation of various MIS Report & report direct to Managing Director. 

Material planning & coordinate with the vendors for materials. 

Issuing requisitions for the purchase of necessary materials. 

Preparation of Purchase Order. 

Implement of FIFO & Six-Sigma small group activities.
