Job Profile:

Inspection and testing of products as per quality plans (ISI & ISO). 

Testing of incoming Raw materials and packing materials. 

Collection of data on product quality related non- conformities. 

Prepare Inspection sheets. 

Maintaining Product traceability. 

Inspection at vender end. 

Our department works in close coordination with all concern departments. I am reports to manager ?QA and he is reports to MD. 

The Quality Assurance activities are spread over all areas of production: 

1. Receiving stage ? for product received from subcontractors/ venders. 

2. In process stage ? for product processed at EPC. 

3. Final stage ? for finished products.

Worked with TEXPRO Film Pvt. Ltd., Pithampur- Indore (M.P.) 

(BOPP Film, Capacitor grade film, 09-40?)

It is a joint venture of XPRO India Ltd., Rani Plast, Finland and Terichem, Slovakia. This is the first manufacture of capacitor grade film in India. (It is formerly The Supreme Oriented Films Ltd.) 

Job Profile:

Testing of all BOPP packaging film like Capacitor grade (05 ?08?), Lamination grade, Over wrap (Cigarette, Chocolate, Blade etc.), Printing- pouching and Garment packaging grade (09 ?40?). 

Testing of Incoming Raw material & Packing materials 

Looking after day by day film quality & preparing daily report to plant manager and GM. 

To study the aging properties according to time & give proper feed back to production department and coordinate with production department to decide the recipe. 

To handle the customer complaint in absent of department head. 

To maintain ISO records. 

Reporting to department head.
