Responsible for the arrangement of Manpower, Material, Machine and Method for the uninterrupted production.

Supervising, training, developing mentoring and assisting the Extrusion team in assessing their capabilities and maximizing their effectiveness.

Continuously improve processing and troubleshooting to achieve best output without compromising quality.

Partnered Internally and Externally to develop early R&D prototypes and initial manufacturing processes. Partnered to establish long term external manufacturing process and supply.

Coordinated all Production Plans with customers and staff as well as outside contractors.

Responsible for UTLITIES, PRODUCTION Equipment and Accessories.

Developed, implemented and evaluated Production policies, procedures and daily work projects.

Responsible for effective communication between Plant Manager and other departments regarding the planning, scheduling, and execution of all assigned Production activities.

Responsible for the safety, functionality and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical equipment. 

Mentored and trained Production staffs in Process, Mechanical & Electrical root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
