Responsible for overall activity related to R&D and quality control analysis of testing data and production . Development of Calibration data for Colibri software for colour matching (Match Colour ) in different colour and different ratios.Color matching against the party sample as per standard by using Spectrophotometer with the help of colibri software.Responsible for sample testing like Ash Content, Filler Content, Tio2 Content etc.Good hands on  Spectrophotometer. Good knowledge about Monocolour Concentrated Master batches.Colour Matching new party samples for different application like Injection moulding, Monolayer film, Blow moulding, Stretch blow moulding, FDY.Good knowledge about Dyes PET bottles.Good knowledge about raw material sources to reduce cost.
