Job profile:

Lead daily operations of Injection Molding machines & Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM), ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently met.

Supervise a team of operators and technicians, providing training and performance evaluations.

Plan and execute production schedules based on customer demand and inventory levels.

Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure minimum downtime and quick troubleshooting of molding machines.

Monitor key production metrics (OEE, scrap rate, downtime) and initiate corrective actions where necessary.

Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Tooling departments for smooth production flow.

Monitoring the inventory of raw material.

Monitoring daily machine utilization & efficiency report.

Monitoring daily machine breakdown analysis report.

Monitoring Daily Production reports, power consumption reports & manpower reports

Analyze daily production target vs. actual and do necessary action plan.
