Job Profile:

Responsible for operations in Production Department. 

Trouble shooting of molding defects 

Responsible for shift breakdown of moulds. 

Planning and scheduling for week. 

Maintain all documentation work related to department. 

As per TS. Independently handling the shift and do work planning. 

Manpower handling & motivation. 

Maintain 5S on shop floor. 

Responsible for new mould trial. 

To do kaizen- activity by doing improvements in Moulding. 

Handle Preventive & corrective Mould maintenance of highly precise thermoset and  

thermoplastic moulds.
