Developed & Fabricated tubular version chassis in place of square section tubes with tool room trials data. Bending die design for tubular version was made for 3- Wheelers & to ensure rigid frame with reduced reinforcements based on field feed back with R& D backup at site.

Job Profile:

Spokesman at M/s. Telco, Pune on Metal Working oils. Scope was for Tech-commercial deals on year basis with Oil companies for procurement and development of new metal working products.& its Substitution, cost reduction & optimization. Its associated KRA`s were established in manufacturing shops. 

Also, at Telco, workmen were educated to use these products and record data to reduce the cost of operations & ensure quality in AUTO SHOPS. The concept was developed with the help of ERC,Pune for Engine Lube oils etc.). Process Sheets were laid for Fabrication Jobs for Vendors. 

Developed Patent on Combination Tools no 173175 valid for 15 years from 1994 for Pune Operations. ( to boost productivity in manufacturing i.e Drill & Reamer to be used as single tool in manufacturing) 

Developed 1516 Turbocharged Vehicle parts at Engineering Research Centre - Test rigs before pilot test run vehicle were manufactured .ARAI support was taken for final design frozen & trial vehicle lot was manufactured. 

Hp/ Weight reduction plan, thickness reduction exercise was established with vendors for supplies of Plastic/ Sheet metal parts/assys. Plan was executed progressively with results of ERC test track vehicles. 

Developed Friction welding process with KUKA-INTL for parts like Cluch Release Forks, turbo charger shafts etc,, as substitute for forging / cost reduction. 

Published 12 Papers & Presented some of them with TELCOs support at National level Conferences (1990 / 97) with TOOLS as main focus.
