Preparing daily reports, failure reports, downtime reports, corrective action report, preventive maintenance report, temperature analysis report, etc.

Accountable for PM module in SAP.

Conduct weekly meetings with other employees to smooth the operation of the plant.

Engineering store, all critical spares are available at the store for any situation, and timely PR to Procurement.

Budget for monthly maintenance spare and consumables items.

Timely service of third parties' likes DG, Compressor, Air conditioner, Transformer, Breaker, and other equipment and maintain their record.

Accountable for monitoring and operation of all plants through SCADA and physically.

Regeneration of DM plant on a weekly basis and service on a yearly basis.

Support to other unit for new installation and critical works.

Documentation updating done as per ISO requirements.

Check after purchasing to verify the quality and quantity of spare.

If any additional responsibilities are allocated by the Plant Manager.
