Presently working with a leading company on Plant Design software maxDNA (Ver.4.2.1 onwards), max1000 plus software. 



Projects- Gujrat Narmada Fertilizer Company Ltd. Gujarat: DCS Upgradation Project 

Implementation of Logic, Closed loop Configuration, Open Loop Configurations using the maxDPUTools. 

Completed site commissioning of project successfully. 



Projects- Rehabilitation Naghlu Hydro Power Plant Naghlu, Afghanistan: Supervisory Control and Monitoring using maxDNA. 

Carried out FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) successfully at staging site of Metso Automation at Dombivali. 

Preparation of Bill of Material (BOM) and I/O Interconnection Wiring List. 

Preparation of Graphics Design Philosophy (GDP). 

Calculation of AC and DC power calculation for UPS rating requirement as per the power consumption of each Module of DCS and other monitoring devices. Preparation of Graphics of whole Power Plant using software maxVUE Editor and maxVUE Runtime. 

Simulation of Graphics and virtual testing of Graphics using maxTOOLS (DPU 4E/F) 



Projects- GMR Power Plant Taneer Bawi, Chennai: Performance Calculation 

Preparation of Performance Reports and Shift Summary Reports using the standard Metso Automation Performance Calculation Package (maxCALCS) to perform miscellaneous calculations for the devices like boilers and turbines etc. 

Calculated results can be displayed in Trending, Logging, Alarming, and Graphic Displays.
