CAD/CAM Environment: Unigraphics. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Design & development of plastic parts & Injection moulds . 

Process Planning & Coordinating with customers for new developments. 

Cost estimation of Plastic products & moulds. 

PROJECTS HANDLED: 

Fore Arm project: A part of assembly uses a New developing Mixture (Philips India ltd). 

Chassis guide: A part of television, where all circuits get seated. (Philips India ltd). 

Lever Wiper: it s a Movalbe part in Mirror back assembly. (Mindarika pvt. ltd).
