Job Profile :- 

Oversee R&D batches, plan, and coordinate production processes to ensure high-quality product output.

Resolve product-related issues and ensure quality through in-process material, incoming raw materials, and final product inspections.

Approve production batches and raw materials as per ISO and ASTM standards.

Operate instruments like GC (Manual), FTIR, GPC, Karls Fisher, Brookfield Viscometers, RI meter, and more.

Contribute to product development through research and development efforts.

Future Goals:
