Job Profile :- 

Oversee the entire quality assurance process for the production of plastic products and home appliances.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control processes.

Monitor compliance with industry quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and resolve any supply chain quality issues.

Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection reports, audits, and test results.

Analyze production data and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize defects and improve product reliability.

One year and three months as a Production Trainee Officer, gaining hands-on experience in managing production processes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring product quality standards.

Testing of materials such as PP, HDPE, LLDPE, PC, ABS as per the process.

Provide material data sheets for processing.

Attend meetings regarding material processing issues.

Address and maintain all quality problems.

Maintain process audit and generate reports.

Stabilize processes as per requirements.
