Reporting to the General Manager of Production.

Increasing production efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards.

Planning production schedules, raw material requirements, and shift manpower.

Overseeing extrusion assembly and processes.

Conducting preventive and routine maintenance on machines.

Leading research and development initiatives.

Troubleshooting extrusion and compounding issues.

Preparing and sending various MIS reports to senior management.

Managing ISO documentation and ensuring 5S activities are followed.
