Job Profile 

Supervise the production of pipes and fittings through injection molding and extrusion, including SWR, electrical pipes, UPVC, CPVC, and HDPE materials.

Manage critical process parameters, monitor machine performance, and troubleshoot issues on a daily basis.

Lead a team of 60 employees and third-party associates, ensuring timely production and adherence to quality standards.

Maintain production reports and track key metrics, focusing on productivity, cycle time, and waste reduction.

Implement improvements in molding processes to reduce cycle times and increase output.

Ensure safety protocols are followed, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance.

Develop and update work instructions and control plans to standardize production processes.
