Prepare production planning based on minimum stock levels and D.O. requirements.

Analyse process troubleshooting, delegate tasks, and implement corrective actions.

Monitor downtime analysis, machine utilisation, process rejection, and efficiency trends; prepare action plans for improvements.

Maintain documentation and records in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 standards.

Maximise plant utilisation, focusing on material yield, minimising rejection, and improving productivity.

Involved in process improvements, including cycle time reduction and material saving.

Conduct trials for new moulds and materials.

Report daily production metrics to the General Manager.
