Troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

Leading and managing manpower.

Preparing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, checklists, and documents in compliance with ISO/TS 16949 standards for the mold shop.

Implementing safety improvements and ensuring a safe working environment.

Maintaining 5S practices for a clean and efficient workspace.

Conducting KAIZEN initiatives in the working area and on machines.

Developing work instructions and managing monthly physical inventory reviews.

Handling documentation for audits related to TS-16949 and other standards.
