RAW MATERIAL: Deals with the inspection of incoming raw material Like Natural Poly, White Poly, Polyester (Corona and Chemical Coated), Metallised Polyester, BON, Aluminum Foil, Nylon film, Natural BOPP, Pearlised & Metallised BOPP, White CPP, Natural CPP, Core, Corrugated Box, Raw Paper, Spouts & Caps, Zipper, Packing Material, Granules, Self-adhesive tape, Spool etc.

BAG MAKING: Deals with inspection of Bag length and width, Gusset, D-cut, sealing strength, drop test, printing problem, shade variation etc.

BLOWN FILM: Roll width, GSM, Thickness, Seal Strength, COF Test, Treatment, Tensile Strength, Elongation, Dart Impact Test, Opacity, Gloss etc.

LAMINATION DEPARTMENT (SL/SB): Checked both substrates, Adhesive GSM, Combined GSM, Repeat Length, Coil width, Green Bond, Adhesive Mixing Ratio, Sealing Strength, Curing Bond, Physical Appearance etc.

SILITING DEPARTMENT: Structure, Print Quality, Roll Direction, Repeat Length, Coil width, Bond Strength, Seal Strength, Core Type, COF Test, Core ID, Coil OD etc.

COA: Generate the Quality test report of every material before dispatch.
