Job Profile: 

OFFLINE TESTING-       

We are working under an ISO CERTIFIED LABORATORY and following ASTM METHODS.

RAW MATERIAL- Deals with the inspection of incoming raw material Pet,m-pet, bopp,met bopp,cpp, m-cpp, paper, Bopa, Core collapsing test for core , Melt flow index plastic material , Bursting strength testing for incoming 2ply and 5ply corrugated box.

EXTRUSION OR BFL DEPARTMENT-In Extrusion department testing of all types of film producing  their Grammage, thickness, Co-efficient of friction testing, dart impact testing, tensile strength & elongation, opacity & optical density, surface wetability, hot-tack testing & seal strength, drop test for oil film, inspecting thickness variation by kundig control system and other visually defects.

TESTING FOR NYLON, EVOH AND SHRINK FILM-   Testing of nylon and EVOH Layer thickness, GSM and % in nylon film, drop test for nylon oil film, shrinkage test of shrink film.

METALLIZATION DEPARTMENT- testing grammage, thickness, optical density,Inomer test, surface treatment and physical appearance.

LAMINATION DEPARTMENT- In lamination department checking of adhesive GSM, BOND strength, seal strength, tackness testing and physical appearance.

PRINTING  Preaperd the LSD and shade match & check text matter , ink gsm dimensition , printing defect.

ONLINE INSPECTION- Online inspecting of manufacturing product, physical appearance of film for customer satisfaction, minimizing customer complain, minimizing customer rejection and control wastage.

CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION- Prepare Quality Assurance certificate (COA) for customer and prepare daily quality report on the basis of testing.
