Responsible for Quality of Product as per the BIS Standard.

Responsible for Incoming Trading and Raw material testing Chemical Testing as per Standard.

Conducting Test short term and Long term test as per BIS.

Monitoring the Quality issues in product and fixing the problem on shop floor.

Cooperating with method engineering development for implementing world class system FIFO for fittings and Pipes.

Maintain document through world class system SAP.( Quality server and Production management.

Handling Customer complaints, customer audits and BIS Audit.

Responsible for Quality Control and Developments for new projects.

Responsible for ISO Audit. 

MIS Reports:-

Maintaining the MIS report of (Production, Scrap Analysis, down time, Sales data, power data and Quality Complaints for senior management to make Strategic decision.

New Project setup for Column Pipe manufacturing from compound to finished good 150-250 Kg/Hr

Weight reduction of Pipes through Six Sigma Methodology with the help of IOT- 4:0

Reduction of cycle time in Mixers nearly 1Min/Batch to increase the production.

New setup for FOAM CORE Pipe and UGD Product.

Impact packing of Fittings Boxes.
