Main role is quality of product, planning and Dispatch,

Calibration of quality instrument like as KMI tensile tester, muffle furnace, Melt flow tester, weighing scale, moisture content have also visited to few cement companies such as J.K.Cement muddapur,acc cement madhukkari, Ultratech  sankarpally ,Malabar cement , and ramco cement ariyalur ,dsp dalmiapuram,indiacement dalvoi Cement, tencem 

cement alangluam for our company customer complain purpose.

Supervision and internal Inspection of bags make report Daily

Instruction about planning as per given HOD, reduce denier, increase denier, in denier sheet

Checking Dispatch of bags total quantity, Average packing list wt & before dispatch

Checking denier, gpd, gsm, gpm width of fabric, mesh, roll avg as per given quality standard, seam strength, weft strength, warp strength

Expertise in Production, Planning and Quality control.

Also Learned to quality standard , Supervisions and make the best quality of goods
