Working in Chemical Coating Department. 

Working on PLC Based machine (Production Line).

Where chemical coating done on BOPP, NYLON, POLYSTER, CSP, METTELISED Films with use of GRAVURE ROLL.

DTP Coating, Acrylic coating, Velvet Coating, More-Matte coating, Economical Matte coating ,PVDC coating,Scratchmatte coating,Scufffree coating,WB coating, High barrier coating .

I have worked and continue to work on all the above coating from trial to production.

Currently working in Suncontrol & Diet film from 1 jan.

Working in all shifts (A, B, C.) as a SHIFT INCHARGE & Currently Handle all Dept. Responsibility from 17 December.2020. 

Reporting to Production Manager & DGM.

Handling both Machine i.e. Coating line & Slitter Machine.

Set Machine Parameter and Tensions.

Achieve production target with minimum downtime & no Wastage.

Chemical batch composition and mixing.

Book production in SAP System.

Raw material and input films requirement.

Production planning.

Raw material stock.

Feedback from quality department of each & every roll.

Gravure roll stock and rubber roll stock maintained.c
