Product checking .

In process and start time document preparation. 

BMR checking .

After batch complete close the BMR with material reconciliations. 

Training to Machine operator about knowledge regarding product defect checking.

Checking process parameter and machine check list.

Focus on productivity and quality .

Maintain 5 s and and training to operator to follow and maintain.

Maintain all the document



KNOWLEDGE ON MACHINE 

MACHINE :- DHS testing of good product. ,

Autoclave test of running product.

MFI testing of plastic granules .
