Job Profile :- 

Monitoring the production process, maintenance and downtime of the machines  timely dispatch and productivity of finished goods.

Creating safety awareness and conducting safety meeting for the employees.

Reports:

Supervising the

Creating Daily production report and downtime reports, scheduled and accidental maintenance reports, dispatch reports.

Monthly performance reports which include energy cost and man power cost.

To analyze the reports and find the bottlenecks to increase the productivity with minimum cost.



Projects :

Its basically "Many Tasks, A Single Roll Concept named LAMINATION" which are extremely robust and tear-proof. * As the name simplifies that austria project has many tasks such as tape extrusion, weaving, extrusion coating, printing, slitting, conversion and pressing.
