Job Profile :- 

To handling the shift and testing in master batches. (CD QC WHITE BLACK ADDITIVE AND FILLER ASLO).

Discuss about day to day quality related problems by daily meeting with quality team members.

Preparation of QA report & Test certificate for the final product.

Product properties analysis continuous production.

Preparation of QTR (quality trouble report) of every internal and external rejection.

Responsible for R.M, FG & online product clearance.

Observation of sample development trial, competitor sample & customer complaint sample etc.

Cross-checking of rejected/rework able to find out actual reasons behind it.

All works carried out on the shop floor according to standard procedure

Responsible for maintaining during manufacturing by ensuring that.

Maintain & update quality related document.

Analysis of RM 

Calibration of our instruments as our schedule.

A good experience of Man power handling.

Handling and maintenance all laboratory equipment such as equipment SPECTROPHOTOMETER, BLOWN FILM EXTRUDER, FILTER PRESSURE EXTRUDER (Labtech engineering & Marshal Both), VISCOMETER, MOISTURE ANALYZER, DIGITAL MICROSCOPE, INJECTION MOULDING, CARBON BLACK CONTENT ANALYZER, CAST FILM EXTRUDER, DART IMPACT TEST, FRICTION TESTING, MFI, GLOSMETER , IV etc.
