Job Profile :- 

Preparation of GoodsReceipt Note on Daily basisfromall direct& indirect materialreceived & circulates the copy of Information to purchasedepartment.

Issuing the material to the Production department ofthe unit as pertheirrequirement&maintain the FIFO. (FIRST IN FIRST OUT).

To inspect incomingmaterial for wear, damage, defects, & reports anydiscrepancies ordamage in material to the superiors immediately, so that specific measurement steps may be taken immediately.

StrategicSupport to the store keeping activities, plans, procedure,warehousingoperations & budgeting management.

Other activities as planned for Store by Superiors for the benefit of organization.

Role & Responsibility

Receiving of PM as per SOP.

Dispensing of PM as per SOP.

Handling of rejected material.

Verification of weighing balance.

Maintain stock.

Maintain area records regarding daily and weekly cleaning, temperature and humidity, Weight verification, Differential pressure, RALF operation and Cleaning.

Maintain all log books daily basis.

Prepare planning with production department.

Store the material as per their storage condition.
