Job Profile :- 

Understand customer requirements for Dies and collect 2D and 3D data from customer

3D design and 2D detailing on NX CAD, CATIA V5 and AutoCAD with proper GD&T.

Attempt project meetings for Design Approval Procedure (DAP) with customer, drawing release with quality and manufacturing team.

Tolerance stack Up analysis.

Preparation of bill of material (BOM) in excel, Power point presentation and Manual in Word.

Prepare design for Manufacturing (DFM) and assembly (DFA)

Detailing of tool for manufacturing.

Responsible for technical communication with customer, including design information exchange, release product drawing and other product design related documentation.

Responsible for relevant technical documents.
