Job Profile :- 

To arrange RM PM material as per Production plan by co-ordination with  Purchase department. 

Take follow ups with the Vendor according to PO for material.

Receiving of RM PM material, Storage Material at designated area,display Lot no. 

Provide RM PM to Production department as per requirement. 

Responsible for Inventory compliance physical v/s Records 100%.

Proper follow up of Returnable material, which is sent for repair.

Maintain minimum and maximum stock level of RM PM.

To verify bills from Director Supply Chain and submission to account department for payment process. 

Create Purchase order in Tally ERP 9. 

Invoice of purchase order doing data entry and cutting debit notes of reject and short material.
