Job Profile :- 

Prepare Daily Tool Change Plan and Weekly & Monthly report / data , Conducting daily meeting To Review issues. 

Maintaining various report, i.e. :- DWM ( Daily Work Management) , Tool failure report, Tool Trail report, Tool change Protocol etc.

Preparing Inspection Standard, Check Point & there Documentation For New Trail Tools. 

Worked on tool presseter (Zoller machine) venturion 400 & venturion 450. 

Responsible for complete tool management of Cy. Head , Cy. Block & Cr. Case line 

Conducting & monitoring of different tools trail.

Good knowledge of various cutting tools likes. Drill, Taps, Milling cutters, Honning Mandrills, PCD Reamer, Gun Reamer, CBN bites etc.

Interacting with supplier about Tool related works. 

Good Knowledge of VMC, HMC Machining & programing like Fanuc , Mazak, NTC etc. 

Able to understand CMM Inspection Report.

Knowledge of various gauges. Likes, Relation Gauge , APG Gauge, Plug Gauge
