Job Profile :

Raw Material Receiving and GRN Creation in system.

Responsible for material receipts, Issues, quantity & quality inspection.

Raw Material Identification, tagging, handling & shifting.

Maintain Proper records of raw material Inward outward inspection & Rejection Stock Register Etc.

Controlling daily transaction R.M Issued, received & transit in system. 

Daily Issue Raw Material to production in system as per PPC.

Maintain Rejection according to party & send through transport Raise Debit note from accounts department.

Prepare raw material consumption & requirements reports.

Objective:

Co ordination with accounts and purchase department for all cases of raw material shortage, excess & damage.

Inventory control of raw material Reduction of slow items, Un-wanted materials, Non-moving items. 

Prepare daily MIS report.

Follow up & maintain 6S. 

Maintain FIFO System in store.

Monthly physical stock Inventory , yearly audit & Reconciliation.
