Reporting to the Production (HOD) Head of department.

Daily shop floor meeting with team leaders and shift leaders regarding the issues.

Leader of various improvement projects like Cavity increase, new mould make in-house cycle time Reduction, Hot Runner implement activities.

Good knowledge of injection Moulding process. 

Good knowledge of trouble shooting in injection moulding machine.

Red bin analysis to minimize the Rejection. 

Responsible to make MIS (Management information system) Report for Production Department.

Responsible for Kaizen meeting and ECM meeting presentation.

Preparing CAPA for internal and external issues.

Implement of standard operating procedures (SOP)..

Working on IFS & SAP Software for daily production activities & Purchase Requisition, creating shop Orders, Material Requisition, Monthly inventory Data .
