Job Profile :

Manage entire production team, including supervisors and quality workers and general machine operators.

Delegate task effectively and analyse reports to improve efficiency and output.

Complete production report in a monthly basis and present gathered information to board of directors and management

Giving programs in both shift from tape plant to convertex.

Conduct machine setup, troubleshooting, corrective and preventive maintenance services .

Perform maintenance including, but not limited to mechanical, hydraulic, power transmission, lubrication etc .

Clearly identifying the work flow associated with manufacturing a production controlling the work flow according to customer deadline.

Delegating duties to individual team members.

Rendering technical guidance to the machine & machine operator to maintain the machine for better productivity & longevity of the machine.

Competency in management of spare parts and inventory, warehousing optimum levels and meticulous planning of maintenance operation with best utilisation of inventory and spares and analysing the manufacturing cost & benefit.

Making sure there is enough material for filling and packaging out

Supervised preventive maintenance,prepared maintenance schedule for carrying out preventive maintenance and prepared MIS reports.

Carried out work allocation to maintenance contractors.
