Follow up of trims from HO Merchant & sourcing team and Ensuring production 

Planning to meet delivery timelines,  

Workout production plan of goods to be made in house & job worker & order execution 

From sampling to delivery of goods warehouse. 

Co-ordination with Ho team for sourcing of item for taking approvals of trims 

Trims inward & outward making repot in SAP & ERP System,

Making GRN & Bill entry & Purchase order In SAP & ERP system,

Trims status Planning and follow-up with HO team & supplier,

Preparation daily Receipt Mail & send it to relatives others

Material receives as per invoice copy.

Making GRN & Outward & Purchase Order through SAP & ERP system.

Passing of GRNs from authorised persons.

Keeping all the materials in store in good condition at store.

Issue the materials along with requisition slip.

Keeping all the store related records. 

Daily reporting to plant head.

Make Returnable Gate Pass & Non-Returnable Gate Pass.

Making daily trims materials /maintenance & stationery item consumption through SAP&ERP System. 

Check day by day inward & outward report.

Physical stock taking at the end of every month.

Marinating complete documents of inventory flow.
