Job Profile :

Review and Prepare SOPs, Technical File, Specification, MSDS, Test Methods.

To Ensure in-process Quality Daily (IPQC).

To give Line Clearance in Manufacturing area and 1st Piece Approval.

Sampling and Analysis of RM/PM and Finish Product.

Handling of Calibration Instruments.

To verify Incoming materials from vendors.

Participate in Internal Audits, customer Audits and ISO Audits.

Participate in investigation & analysis of Market Complaints.

Making annual Rejection analysis

Maintaining GMP, GDP and Risk Assessment of Products monitoring.

Analysis of Trial samples, marketing samples and Internal production sample.

Prepare & Maintaining documentation such as BMR, CAPA, MOA, MOC, COA, Change-control reports etc.
