Company Profile : Manufacturer of pens, markers.



Job Profile : Check all incoming material like Packing item/Gift item & Components (SS, Gold plated).

Test all components/Packing item/Raw material and take dimensions of all components/packing items.

Machine used for testing i.e. Bursting testing machine, ILD Machine, Torque testing Machine, MFI testing Machine, Colour Matching booth Machine etc.

Prepare documents like MRM, VRIQ, Monthly Rejection Data, SOP and other quality documents as per required. 

Quality Engineer in injection molding production, assembly, packaging& dispatch unit.

Checking Incoming material, masterbatches, colour pigment, ink quality & prepared report for the same.

Prepare monthly rejection report & ISO standard document , as per company requirements.

Reducing rejection % in all section (molding, assembly, packing)as per as possible. Checking all the incoming material & dispatch products.

Hands on experience in Control Plan & SOP Process flow.

Maintain of 5S activities Internal rejection analysis record.

Knowledge of quality documentation & product audit & process knowledge, Control plan problem solving tools, 7QC.

All Incoming Material inspection, Keeping track of all incoming material, making reports of incoming material in raw data format and making inventory in excel, making final FG reports & send to customer.
