Job Profile :

Collaborating with the engineering team for deciding the feasibility of new product for Manufacturing & timely report to reporting manager.  

Responsible for providing tooling inputs during DFMEA in product development stage.

Examining the design of Moulds with tool makers to make sure the continuous process enhancement and carrying out design alterations with respect to tooling feasibility.

Conducting Mould Flow Analysis review with toolmakers & engineering before tool kick off.

Maintaining follow up for new tool manufacturing with timeline and monitoring part quality as require by customer.

Involved in fine tuning of Mould from tool maker end for final quality approval.

Attending the final Mould approval trial at various toolmakers in India & report generation.

Looking after the Mould function and part quality once PPAP run start for at least three-month.

Following-up for Moulds and getting the Moulds ready as per standards and attending trials at vendors end.

Accountable for implementing corrections & modifications in tools according to customer requirements.

Troubleshooting strategizing & formulating new methods of vendor development and expanding business through induction of new tooling vendors in the chain skills.

Designing of plastic Mould using CAD Tools (NX 10) and AutoCAD.

Preparing bill of material and involved assembly section.
