Handled the responsibilities of establishing, implementing and monitoring quality plan.

Inspection & testing of incoming Packing material & maintain records.

Off-Process analysis of product by using Vernier Calliper, Topload test,   Vernier height guage, magnamike and micrometre.                                       

Co-ordination with the production department to avoid any production loss. 

implementing the corrective and preventive actions by causes & effect analysis. 

Maintaining & monitoring of calibration of instrument.

Maintain record of daily Inspection dimensional report of product.

Handling Customer Audit & complaint.

Inspection & Testing of incoming materials & maintain records.

To do Red Bin Analysis on rejected parts and take appropriate corrective actions to reduce it.

Maintain the records for internal rejections, customer returns, customer complaints and inspection reports.

Monitoring & Maintaining validation and calibration records of all the instruments and Machines.

Handling entire shift, products quality as per standard.

To motivate team members & Shop floor people for rejection control.

Responsible for line start up with First and Last Piece approval Method.

Knowledge of 5S, 7QC Tools, kaizen.

Visual and online inspection at line checking according to the SOP.

Knowledge of various test methods such as vacuum leakage test, side down test, Making top load by UTM, wall thickness by magnanimity, hot air oven, torque test.

Use of vernier caliper, vernier height guage for taking various dimensions of the products.

Good documentation.

Implementation of 5S.

Basic approach to the problems and their solutions related to the moulded products by interacting with the production engineer and supervisor.
