Job Profile : 

Raw material analysis.

Perform and RM  IV testing

Moisture content testing for PET resin & PET Preform. 

Packing material inspection, and to raise CAPA if any deviation incoming PM.

To prepare / update worksheet related to Raw Material. & finish good.

To Handle Raw material control sample management.

Responsible for supervision of inspection activity.

To train the workers, staff regarding the SOPs, on job training & evaluation of the same.

Handle customer complaint at customer end & plan accordingly to minimise market complaints.  

Online entries of FG & Incoming RM in SAP

Online inspection in ruining production.

First / Last part inspection for approval, as per product drawing (Visual and Dimension).

Preparing annual calibration plan and follow as per plan.

Daily monitoring SPC (Statistical process capability)

Preparing and updating FSSC 22000 Documents.

Training to staff and workers regarding FSSC 22000 i.e. Personal Hygiene, product safety.

Maintaining 5S & 3C Work culture.

Pre-dispatch inspection Preparing and COA/COC for dispatched lot.

To perform Sampling and Analysis of Raw Material as per specification and method of analysis.

To prepare / update worksheet related to Raw Material.

Responsible for supervision of inspection activity.

Maintain industrial relation in the department.

Co-ordination with maintenance department for day to day job & major break down.

To train the workers, staff regarding the SOPs, on job training & evaluation of the same.
