Knowledge of new technologies fully Electric Injection Moulding Machines (Toshiba Machine Co.) L&T,Feromatik Millacron,Windser, JetMaster, Hydro Tech. Akar etc.

Knowledge of multicavties moulds, C.Q of new mould, M.C.A./P.C.A. Repots.

Knowledge of hot runner moulding process and moulds.

Knowledge of tools like5s, kaizen, BRC/IOP & ISO.

Maintain Daily, Weekly & Monthly Production reports; NC reports & its corrective and preventive action,Maintain and update production / exports documents.

Co-ordinate with supply team to ensure the raw & packaging materials are delivered according to schedule.

Co-ordinate with other deptt. for implements all company policy, GMP Policy & practices, hygiene and housekeeping practices.

Able to handle Tool Room activity like-taping, Driling, grinding, surface-grinding, welding, and all other maintenance works related to mould mfgs. Etc. 

Process knowledge of various Polymers like-PP,PPCP, Random.Nylon, ABS,LLDP, HD.SAN, Pet. Etc. 

Process and parameters setting knowledge of various injection molding machines & 

Blow Moulding machines.
