Job Profile : 

Match the color on two roll mill, Injection Molding M/C & extruder. In polyolefin and engineering material using spectrophotometer.

Given correction in the color recipe during first production of development master batch.

Color Matching of customer samples as per requirements.

Do different tests on the master batch samples received from the customer like MFI, Ash contents, Tio2 Cont. CBC etc

Create database for new pigments.

Raw material testing (Basically pigment testing)

Use spectrophotometer efficiently.

Generate necessary Test Reports at the sub assembly stage.

Work on daily basis like new recipe entry, finish good production inspection, and correct recipe commercialized product during production etc.

In process & Final inspection of raw material, compounds & master batches production of the day



TESTING:-

Bulk density, Melt flow index, specific gravity, Ash content, filler content, moisture content, CBC etc.

Processing:-Injection molding machine, blown film machine, two roll mill, filter Index machine, Jelly Mixer & having knowledge twin screw and single screw extrusion machine.
