Handling of customer complaints and provide them solution.

Maintain document and records as per QMS.

Establishing and maintain inspection standard and related documents for incoming and in processquality.

Responsibly for continue process improvement and implement .

Responsible for all incoming quality control and outgoing quality control activity.

Basic knowledge of automatic parts ( PPAP, FMEA)

Maintain limit sample

Monitoring of process audit

Monitoring & maintain moulding quality and analyses internal rejection

Basic knowledge of seven QC tools 

Preparation of certificate of analysis at the time of product dispatch

Coordination of 5S activities in shop floor

Make physical dimension test report of each products at the time of mould change

Hourly online visual product inspection &Absorb defect & Rectified then

Maintain all reports related to quality
