Checking Quality parameter in all M/C for each product and making FPA and LPA Report.

Checking Dimensional & Visual inspection of all in process Products and making In process Inspection Report.

Reducing Rejection % in all section, (molding, packing, Press Section) as per possible & Providing Quality approved Limit samples.

Trial taking of New Incoming RM and glow-wire testing of the products.

Checking all the Incoming Material & Dispatch Products and prepare (IQC & PDI) report for the same.

Preparing Corrective and Preventive Action Report (CAPA) for quality related problems.

Coordinate with inter department for quality issues and feedback.

Ensuring availability of FPA parts & Defect matrix of the running production.

Ensuring validity of Measuring equipment and inspection gauges.

Training providing to new operator and shift in charge.
