Job Profile :  

Purchase Officer Responsibilities.

Researching potential vendors. 

Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers. 

Negotiating contracts terms of agreement and pricing. 

Track orders and ensure timely delivery. 

Review quality of purchased products. 

Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases. 

Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. 

Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis. 

Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. 

Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage. 

Effective liaison with local union/transporter for timely dispatched of finished goods. 

Purchasing Printing Inks for Poly & Lamination film printing. 

Purchasing solvents like Ethyl Acetate, Toluene, NBA, MIBK and IPA. 

Purchasing different kinds of Adhesives. 

Purchasing different types of plastic granules like LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE.
