To control various defects on products

Process control management

To lead the junior production engineer of injection molding machine handling to 50T to 

700 ton(like ferromatic milacron, supermaster, CLF, toshiba, Larsen and toubro, Asian 

supermaster)

Mould loading and unloading

Achieving set production target efficiently

To lead the freshers and online job training to worker

Manpower handling and imparting training to worker about quality
