Job Profile : 

Shift wise responsibilities for achieving production.  Optimisation of cycle time to meet production target.  

Handling Ferromatic Milacron , Toshiba, L&T with different model and tonnage capacity. 

Having good command in process trouble shooting and process optimisation.  

Having good knowledge about HRTC , MTC ,Robot operation. 

Central Conveying system(CCS), Mold Protection System(MPS).  

Implement and maintain 5S , KAIZEN , POKA-YOKE in shop floor.  

Preparing process data sheet , inspection record ,rejection record.  

Aware about mould related breakdown and limit switch sensor.  

Good knowledge about IMS.

Toshiba-150T to 250T

L&T (LNC5& LNC6) 100T to 200T

All electric -100-275Ton

MATERIAL HANDLING :
