Check the standard process parameter of machine and fill the daily process monitoring check sheet on machine.

Maintain RMC data on daily basis .

Feedback to production manager regarding parts defects and other production related plan responsible of machine breakdown and maintenance problem.

Prepare hourly production reports on daily basis , update all production related documents.

Production planning on Monthly & Daily Basis.

Calculate O.E.E( overall equipment effectiveness) of machines and continuously monitoring plant efficiency.

Daily maintain shop floor activity 5s .

Responsible for handling manpower.

4M change management.

POKA YOKA implementation if applicable & its sustenance through monitoring sheet.

Tool & Mould trouble shooting .

Handle daily minor breakdown & record maintain .

New mould trial.

Prepare production reports on daily basis , update all production related documents.
